By creating an account, you agree to these terms. The short version: be honest, don't abuse the platform, and we'll keep delivering a safe learning experience for your family.

Account responsibilities

Parents are responsible for the accuracy of account information and the use of the platform under their account. Keep your password secure and don't share it with your kids.

Subscriptions and billing

Per-child subscriptions ($5/mo or $120 lifetime) renew automatically each month for the monthly tier unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The lifetime tier is a one-time payment.

Gift card rewards

Gift card rewards are issued via Tremendous in the form of Amazon e-gift cards denominated in USD. We reserve the right to revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent activity.

Refund policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period. Lifetime purchases may be refunded within 30 days if no badges have been earned. Contact support for assistance.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
